About a month ago, I went to visit the college Missouri State University. It was one of the coolest schools I have ever visited and I definitely could see myself attending this college in the near future when I graduate. It is insane to think about how close that future is, and it comes faster and faster every passing day. Anyways, I had some wonderful experiences in that college trip.
Arriving at around 10 in the morning to the college, we got our tour guide to show us around. There were many spectacular things about the physical appearance of the school before I even knew anything about the scholar part of it. The buildings were amazingly beautiful and very professional looking. The classrooms and lecture halls were huge, clean, and very nice. There was also an amazing gym and pool that was open to all the students to visit. The farther I walked, the more amazed I became. The dorm rooms were small, but a good enough size to feel comfortable in a room with the roommate. Also, we ate the cafeteria food at lunch time, and it was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. The food was amazing and they had some of my favorite foods there. I was quite impressed by this school.
The scholar part of the school was amazing as well. They offered amazing classes, as well as the extracurricular classes. I am big into band, so I was starstruck by the band they had. Their band was one of the best college bands, and they traveled out of the country to perform. Our tour guide told me all about it, and I just grew more and more in love with the school. Also, my field of work is marine biology, and they had a huge biology department. I talked to a lady who worked there and she took me on a tour of their science building and told me all of the opportunities they offered to students. It was quite an amazing trip.
